Licentiate Member.

Requirements are as follows...

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. (Excluding Contemporary Freestyle)
  • Must have at least 2 years unbroken teaching experience prior to application.
  • Must hold an SADTA Associate Certificate.
  • Preferably you should have a good sense of rhythm, love dancing and have good teaching experience.
  • A good background in dancing experience and teaching is essential.
  • Must have completed all the training requirements as set by the SADTA Council.
  • Must successfully complete the Licentiate Examination as laid down by the SADTA.
  • On the successful completion of your Licentiate exam you will be issued with an Licentiate Certificate form the SADTA Head Office.

 

A study manual compiled by the SADTA Council for your Licentiate exam is available.

There is a lot to learn and know and this manual will be essential for the successful completion of you Licentiate Exam.  (There is a small purchase fee for the manual, available on request)
